Lightsview is being developed in joint venture by Renewal SA and Peet Limited (and formerly CIC Australia), Australia’s largest specialist residential land developer.

Peet has been part of the community for more than 120 years, creating opportunities at quality residential communities for Australian families. In recent years, Peet has welcomed CIC Australia into the Group and today operates around the nation with successful communities in Western Australia, Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, the Northern Territory and ACT.

 

The Lightsview partnership commenced in 2006 and development of inaugural stages started in 2008. Current forecasts see the development reaching completion in 2020 at which time more than 2,500 dwellings will have been created supported by over 12.5 hectares of landscaped parks and reserves.
