Encouraging residents to interact with one another is an important step towards creating a living breathing community.

Our Community Development Manager will help to familiarise you with Lightsview’s facilities and services. You might also like to take advantage of a planned car sharing scheme that hopes to provide residents access to economical cars on a ‘pay as you use’ basis. Imagine never needing to service a car again or pay its registration! Lightsview also encourages all residents to ‘car pool’. This is a great way to get to know your neighbours and get to work at the same time. An even healthier option might be to ride your bike!

A  network of cycling tracks, many of which can take you straight into the city, also connect you to stunning parks and reserves; places to stretch your legs, relax and enjoy life.

A calendar of events will keep you in the community loop at Lightsview; twilight cinemas, “meet your neighbour” nights, living at  Lightsview information sessions and sporting events will give you the chance to know your neighbourhood and take an active role.
